Q. Will you support EPP version 1.0?

A. Yes.

Q. Do all EPP commands follow RFC specifications?

A. Yes.

Q. What EPP extensions will be implemented? Please provide examples.

Q. What extensions will be required to register a domain, a host, a contact?

A. Please see the Donuts Registry Guide.

Q. What extensions will be required to update a domain?

Q. Are you using special extensions for your EPP API?

A. Yes.  Donuts offers additional services: Domains Protected Marks List (DPML), Name Ratings, and Early Access Program.  See the DPML Registrar Integration Guide, EAP Domain Mapping Extension Guide, and the EAP Registrar Integration Guide.

Q. Are the special extensions optional?

A. DPML, Name Ratings,  and EAP are optional services you may elect to offer to your customers.

Q. Will you provide domain pricing e.g. EPP domain check result, as a downloadable list?

A. Registration fees are provided through the EPP domain check, see the document “Donuts Registry Guide” for complete details.

Q. Will you perform an EPP acceptance test?

A. We will perform an EPP acceptance test.

Q. Will the Sunrise application results be communicated by poll events?

A. Yes.

Q. What EPP command is used to retrieve the account balance of the registrar? Is it possible?

A. Yes, see the Donuts Registry Guide for specific information.

Q. Will it be possible to access the registry other than through EPP, via webpage?

A. Yes, there is a Registrar web interface.

Q. Do you have restrictions for accessing EPP?

A. Yes, the number of connections and the source IP ranges will be restricted.

Q. Will you have automatic recoveries through EPP?

A. Yes, restore is enabled through EPP.  The Restore Grace Period is explained in  RFC 3915 http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3915

Q. Will your Registry support EPP version 1.0?

Q. Do you offer any EPP extensions?

A. Yes.

Q. Are any of the EPP extensions optional?

A. Yes, a registrar is not required by our RRA to participate in Sunrise (TMCH EPP extension), Name Ratings, or EAP.  If the registrar participates in those services, the EPP extensions are required.

Q. Will all of the new gTLDs you support be managed through the same EPP connection?

A. Yes.

Q. Does the Registry offer a poll queue to receive domain activity messages?

A. Yes.

Q. What are the results to an INFO command when sending a ROID?

A. Contact and Host information.  

Q. What are the results to an INFO command when sending a Domain name?

A.  Abbreviated domain name information.
